Since 1990, hundreds of local families have turned to Graham Builders to design and build their homes. Graham Builders provides full design and build services. Every project is bonded and carries a full warranty. Each employee is dedicated to understanding the needs of the homeowner and utilizes their unique skills to realize the homeowner’s goals. 	Danny Graham CEO Danny founded Graham Builders in 1990. A strong visionary and business leader, Danny recently passed his presidency to Evan Fujimoto. Danny has served for various community and business groups including a term as President of the Building Industry Association. Danny enjoys seeing the world on his motorcycle when not at Graham Builders. This enjoyment of adventure and discovery, sometimes in solitude, is just another testament to his unique character. He is also dedicated to maintaining his health by exercising every day and encouraging his family and staff to do the same.

	Evan Fujimoto President Evan has worked for Graham Builders since 1993. He started as a Construction Manager and worked his way through the firm in estimating and design. His most recent position was as Vice President of Operations from which he was promoted on January 1, 2010. Evan enjoys music, reading, and surfing in his free time. Dear to his heart are his medical missions to Nepal, one from which he recently returned.

	Faith Yamagishi Controller Faith was hired as Graham Builders' controller in 2003. Under Faith's keen financial eye, Graham Builders was able to build its investments while continuing to hold a strong financial position amongst Hawaii's residential construction companies. Faith has recently discovered the fruits of technology by enjoying playing games on her phone. She also loves to play with her daughter's dog, Nismo. Now that her kids are grown, she looks forward to pursuing new hobbies such as finding recipes and being successful (sometimes) at cooking them.

	Ryan Graham Vice President of Operations; Estimator Ryan Graham has recently been promoted to Vice President of Operations and is the senior estimator. Responsible for building preliminary and final estimates to help homeowners stay in budget. He has construction experience that started at the early age of 16, working as a laborer, carpenter's apprentice, mason, loan officer, and project manager before moving to estimator. Ryan's sock tan shows his passion for golf, which along with recreation, he plays to maintain healthy relationships with his coworkers and company subcontractors. Ryan also loves to fish and has an interest in cars.



	Noreen Kamiya Sales and Marketing Manager Being with Graham Builders for 10 years, Noreen has had the opportunity to experience the many phases of the design-build company. Previously, Noreen was a project coordinator but now manages the sales and marketing department. Noreen works closely with homeowners and is also responsible for organizing seminars, building shows, and company and charity events. Noreen's congenial disposition is reflected in her simple passions. She loves to read a good book, watch a great movie and laugh out loud.

	Renee Lee Office Manager Renee is the first point of public contact at Graham Builders. She answers phones, greets clients and visitors, and tends to the administrative needs of the staff. She also assists the controller with data input and accounting. Her coworkers would all agree, however, that besides bringing order and organization to their work day, Renee's most valuable contribution is keeping them laughing. On her off time, Renee can be found watching reality shows, dining at various restaurants around town, and spending quality time with her family.

	Keith Kilburn Design Manager Keith has over 18 years of architectural experience and has been with Graham Builders since 2002. Keith has recently been promoted to Design Manager, overseeing the design department as well as working on individual projects. Keith's versatile skills and experience also allow him to play other roles in the company such as project manager and IT manager. During his free time, Keith enjoys hiking, fishing, and is an avid geocacher (a "high tech treasure hunt" game). He also enjoys helping out with his son's Cub Scout pack and spending time with his family.

	Jenny Graham Project Coordinator Jenny has been with Graham Builders for the past seven years working as a project coordinator. She guides homeowners from design through construction to ensure that their project stays on schedule and well documented. Before GBI, Jenny worked at Washington Mutual Bank in Colorado (where she is originally from) before moving to Honolulu. Jenny loves spending time in the kitchen cooking various types of food and drinking wine. Her coworkers and family members will all testify to the incredible dishes that come out of Jenny's kitchen. She also enjoys gardening in her yard and playing with her dog, Tiger.

	Doug Long Project Manager Doug has been working in the building and remodeling business for over 30 years. Besides being a carpenter, project manager, and estimator, he has also been a licensed general contractor since the mid 80's. His valuable experience has been an asset to Graham Builders since 1998. In his spare time, Doug enjoys building `ukulele, volunteering with Olelo Community Television, and producing the cable TV series, "Uke Builders Workshop." After completing two Peace Corps tours, Doug often returns to Africa, where he provides support to AIDS orphans.

	Mark Slivka Design Director \| Architect Mark is the Design Director at Graham Builders. He is tasked with creating, collaborating, and problem solving to achieve unique homes for clients. He graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Architecture and has worked for various architectural and design build firms in Massachusetts before moving to Hawaii in 2006. He also worked on numerous high end residences with Peter Vincent Architects. Mark's pastimes include ultimate frisbee, rock climbing, cooking, the beach and hiking.
