We are looking to fill the following positions:
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

The applicant must have a good background in all aspects of residential design.  Must be able to take new residential and remodel projects from start to finish.  A minimum of 3-5 years experience preferred.  This position requires the applicant to have a good understanding of site conditions, architecture (concept through construction documents), basic structural planning, entitlement and permitting, construction and developing as-built plans.  Basic management, presentation and good communication skills are a must.  Knowledge of residential construction is desired.

Required:  Bachelor of Architecture degree or equivalent, experience in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop 2009, Autodesk Revit 2009, Microsoft Word, Excel and Projects.

Office Hours 8am to 5pm

Salary range based on experience.
