Back in 1990 a master carpenter and a successful realtor built their first construction project, and today Graham Builders is a multi-million dollar Design-Build company.

Led by company founder and President Danny Graham, we now have over 30 employees. Over the years our Design/Build Team has successfully completed hundreds of projects ranging from kitchen and bath renovations to large custom residences. We have grown by adhering to a simple, yet important, philosophy: Good design and quality construction should be within reach of anyone.

Our expertise has become building new homes for Hawaii's families and we have become experts in multigenerational homes, where families combine their resources to build or renovate their home to provide for multiple generations living together. We understand better that any other design-build contractor the various elements needed to make a multigenerational home work.

We offer a monthly "Building Your DreamHome Seminar" which provides an orientation to the entire building experience, starting with where to begin, the condition of the land, how to select a contractor, getting financing, and designing and building your home. This seminar is a must for every home- owner who is thinking about renovating or building a new home.

The Better Business Bureau honored Graham Builders for its high ethical standards by awarding the company their "2007 Torch Award for Business Ethics" on April 18, 2007.
