After a devastating fire destroyed approximately 75% of this Manoa residence, the homeowners turned to Graham Builders to help them rebuild—not just their house, but the place they call home.

Designed with multigenerational living in mind, the new home provides the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. The homeowner wanted to create a comfortable environment where he and his mother could each enjoy their own personal space while remaining close to one another.

A thoughtfully designed private suite gives his mother a welcoming retreat complete with her own sitting area and wet bar, offering both independence and convenience within the home. The layout allows each family member to enjoy daily life with comfort and dignity while naturally coming together in the home’s shared living spaces.
