Lenore Smith, client care manager of Graham Builders, estimates that Graham Builders has hosted more than 300 of its “Building Your Home For Life” seminars since the first session in 1995.
Each seminar lasts for about two hours and is hosted by a team from Graham Builders that includes president Evan Fujimoto, vice-president Ryan Graham, design coordinator Marissa Selders, and client care manager Lenore Smith. Charlotte Graham from Graham Mortgage is also on hand to answer general questions about financing and budgeting.
“No hard sales pitches are made at the seminars; they’re intended to be informational,” says Smith. “It feels good to be able to help homeowners who don’t know what to expect with a remodel or new build. We enjoy educating them, and they’re all so appreciative and grateful for the knowledge.”
